Position Overview:
The Laboratory Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the operations of the medical research laboratory. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline). A master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) working in a laboratory setting, with a focus on medical research.
3. In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
4. Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical tools.
5. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, software, and scientific databases.
